Description

LDC-N is a square counter flow cooling tower by adopting the latest design featuring low drift loss, low noise, easy maintenance, easy assembly, high efficiency and multi-cell installation. LDC-N cooling tower uses highly efficient spray nozzle water distribution system to facilitate even water distribution.

Product Structure & Features
High Performance
Provides more wetted surface for uniform water distribution and higher heat transfer efficiency. The filling and drift eliminator allow the maximum air volume through the cooling tower.

Low Maintenance
D-LC tower components are made of weatherproof and anticorrosive materials. Casing is constructed of anti-ultraviolet F.R.P. which features soundproof and non-decayed merits with fine streamline outlook. Fill and inlet louvers are by P.V.C. Supporting rack is made of light weight steel. All the steel parts are hot dip galvanized so as to prolong the service life. The tower also features an inspection hand hole on the body for convenience of checking the distribution condition.

Economical Operation
Optimized with special axial fans, speed reducer and drift eliminator etc. This maximizes the cooling performance at lower energy.

Noise Level
Series LDC-N cooling tower uses high tension V-belt reducers, which corresponds to low noise axial fans featuring silent operation. Designed with large fans at low speed operation to minimize noise pollution.

Eliminators
Specifically-designed to achieve maximum drift removal efficiency in counter flow tower applications while keeping pressure drop significantly lower than cross flow cooling towers. The eliminators is made of PVC material featuring low air resistance and low drift loss of 0.05% of design circulation water.

Filling
Improves water distribution by splitting the water stream as it descends through the fill pack. High thermal performance (high KaV/L) and low pressure drop are simultaneously achieved through engineered flute/microstructure design and the highest manufacturing standards.The honeycomb shaped filling is made of PVC material which features easy dismantling, easy assembly, and anti-deformation.
